Great Experience at Ferman.....again Another great experience at a Ferman dealership. We didn't quite come to an agreement at first but Johnathan Hurley made every effort to meet us in the middle. This is my fourth car purchase at a Ferman dealership and I will continue coming back if the people there put fourth an effort like Johnathan.

Organized, detailed, efficient, friendly I purchased my 2017 Jeep Renegade from this dealership, conveniently located in my neighborhood. This has been my best car purchase experience so far. I took my car in for regular service on a Friday. Not only was it the middle of a rainstorm, but all the power had gone out as well. I left it and figured there was no way they'd get to it that day. They finished on time and even gave a small discount for the inconvenience. Bill was the guy in charge that day and he was fantastic. He was professional, outgoing and friendly, and never broke a sweat when the power went out. I will definitely go back for all my service needs.
