Our service appointment went very well. We had no difficulty making an appointment for a Saturday, the staff were very well informed and courteous, and the time we waited was considerably less than was anticipated and quoted to us. An added benefit was the parts department replaced the fob battery at no cost -- certainly a wise gesture on the part of Ferman.
