Working with Jonathan was a pleasure. He was able to find us two vehicles we were looking for and a price that all involved were happy with.
Anthony greeted me with a very friendly good morning. After asking me if I required anything other than the service I requested, he showed me where the lounge, coffee and snacks were. After an hour or so Anthony came to see me and informed me of some suggested items that should be serviced. I agreed and the service was completed much faster than I expected. I will start by admitting I am not the easiest customer. The sales team at Ferman displayed patience and empathy throughout the sales process. In the end I felt good about my purchase decision and very happy with the vehicle.
