Ok here I go again. In March of 2021, I was looking at 2021 Challenger Redeyes. I spoke with my salesman, John Hurley. We spoke at great lengths about trading in my 2019 Dodge Challenger Scat Pack, which I purchased from Ferman in August of 2019. It was a real pleasure dealing with Hannah in sales and AJ in finance. They both went out of their way to make the buying experience a pleasure for a change. Anthony was able to diagnose the issue right as I arrived for my appointment. That comes with experience. He moved the process for repair quickly and easily.
Communication was fantastic with all repairs to my vehicle and explained everything in detail. The service department at the dealership was very courteous and friendly.
