Service visit was excellent. Needed my 60k checkup. Brian maintained good communication with me throughout the process, walking through all the maintenance items even going out of his way to find me a 10% discount. Ron, the shuttle driver was also amazing. I had forgotten to give them the key to my wheel locks, and Ron made a special trip out to me just to pick it up.
