John (Ermeav) was outstanding throughout the buying and pickup of our Jeep Cherokee. He worked closely with us and the Ferman Management team as we negotiated a fair price. James P, Tom F, and Don made buying my Jeep very pleasant and convenient. This turned out to be a total online buying experience which was new to all of us. We had circumstances out of our control come up and my husband had to leave the state for the weekend. I am a night Nurse and was in the middle of my work week so there were times we were just unavailable but Jim and Tom were very understanding and helped me get my Jeep home with very little effort on my behalf.
