I am extremely disappointed in Jeeps service. I made an appointment for 2:15 to have my batteries check due to me having trouble starting my car and the auto start light being on. When i made the appointment i told them what’s going on as well as confirmed with the parts department that both of my batteries were in stock. Quote for vehicle was sent to me late 4/17/24. Signed and returned on morning of 4/18/25 (today). Sent screenshot of balance in checking account ($50k+), completed online financing. They asked when I could come get it. I said tonight or tomorrow morning. Sent a copy of my license and indicated I was veteran. Received text "OK perfect". 1 star is incredibly generous. Took in my van for no power steering. Diagnosed in a day or so and it needs a part. Fine. Part on unknown backorder. Also whatever, not their fault I guess. Part comes in 8 weeks later. Oh, now we found we need another part also. Waited a few days for that part. Now several weeks later from that I received word that the tech is on vacation and I'm looking at next week at the earliest. Unacceptable. You've had my vehicle 2 + months now. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAM ARTISTS I had just recently bought a car through this dealership about 2 months ago and my car was already starting to have a good amount of issues. I took my car in to get it serviced and later the sales rep James Soto called me and tried ripping me off by $5,000 saying that my car had a bunch more issues than what it actually had when my car was getting serviced there. I have been trying to get a recall done there for years, they keep telling me they don’t have the part. They say they will try to get the part and call me when they get it. They never call. I give them one star because I can’t give them less. There’s two recalls on my car that they refused to do. I’ve called jeep recall and they tell me the part is available so you’ll figure it out. Yes, I did purchase my car there. They could show a little customer loyalty.
I took my car to get an oil change in September of 2022 to get an oil change, and the service tech sent me on my way with the cap off, sitting on the side underneath the hood of my vehicle. Oil spilled out of my vehicle and all over my driveway. Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM of Wesley Chapel was nice enough to clean, detail the inside of the car and provide a free oil change. First and last time at this jeep service location. I thought I would try this jeep location since it’s on the way to my place of work. I Took my jeep in for a oil leak diagnose and to check my water pump for play.
