Very unsatisfied The sales person was extremely helpful very nice went out of his way to make a deal. But the finance manager and the manager were very unprofessional. They did everything wrong from beginning to end and in the end I did not get the vehicle because they messed all my paperwork up. I ended up going to a Cadillac dealership and getting a vehicle within two hours and I am still waiting for my deposit money which has been over eight now.
Terrible and negligent I went in for a routine oil change. MY husband mentioned there was a noise coming from from wheel area when brake was applied and asked for it to be checked. He was given the oil change and said breaks look good. NO problem, pads and everything was good. Fastforward two day....I took it in becase of the noise. I took it in again. Customer Service Non exsistant Walk in and not one employee can say hello. Just stand there like you do not exist ehile they do computer work and still say nothing for 5 Plus minutes! Just no clue on customer Service or just be polite. Will not return!
Bad experience with online check in Online check in price for my jeep with my vin # from an email sent to me from Ferman was $59.95 and $10 coupon to check in online. When I go to pickup with a 25+ min wait at the counter I was helped by Anthony and the price was $118... I showed him my email and he didn't want to honor it he said my Jeep needs synthetic oil and it's $89 for just the oil. Treated horribly! I am not at liberty to discuss prior events but I was treated like a criminal when I visit this location and I have done NOTHING to be treated this way. Bob Cooper needs a lesson in customer service, apparently I can no longer visit this location without “Bob” being there for “my deal”. Please note I did nothing wrong and should not be treated poorly and be surrounded by people as if I’m a prison inmate.
Very poor first 6 and half hours better second day There is way too much for me to get into on details but the first 6 and half hours was filled with BS and lies from the salesman. Let’s just say we were legally never supposed to be test driving the vehicles under recall. Then after we sign all paper work then he tells us we can’t have vehicle till recall is fixed. No Communication/Longest wait you'll ever experience I scheduled an appointment for a Friday morning, and was told my repairs would be done that afternoon. Got a message later that day around 3:30 saying that they may or may not complete it by the end of the day, and it more likely will be done first thing the next morning. Completely messed up my dash. I have 1 of the 1000 08 Charger SRT8 SuperBee in Pearl Blue made. I took it in for 2 recalls. Onky one was done in which I had to read the paper to let the service person know. The one that was done was the passenger airbag. They completely messed up the dash. Bent the number plate and all. I drove back around, they took it to THE PINK TEAM...and it came right back out stating that they didnt do anything to that area. No return calls There has been a constant problem with my GPS. I've left a message for the GM as the receptionist told me too, the service tech and the other service tech told me the service manager would call me, not one of them did. Yesterday again my GPS had an issue, it told me that I was at my destination but I was not. That was a new one. I was also told by the service tech I would receive one free update and I have not received this.
