This is my second car purchased from Ferman Chrylser. Both were very good experiences, but this second, with sales associate Bill Cockerell, was outstanding. Mr. Cockerell is a very intelligent and professional sales person. We were never pressured to make a purchase. Both Mr. Cockerell and the general manager showed a genuine interest in helping us find the vehicle we wanted to buy. WASTE OF TIME. Service Personnel Brian Guest has no clue what he is doing !!!! Spoke with customer service on Monday, August 26th and set up an appointment for today August 28th @9:30am for an oil change and tire rotation. Also please check windshield wiper as the fluid does not squirt out. Was told to ask for Brian Guest. Arrived on time and Brian took photos of the car and check that the wiper motor work but the fluid does not come out. Also added to check the coolant level. These people sold my mother a $75,000 lemon with bad running gear since she drove it off the lot. The cars been diagnosed by multiple shops and 6 different times here a CJDR of wesley chapel. The car needs a new transmission, transfer case, t-case module,labor, and work wages lost only to be pushed off. Ive asked for emails and contact info to reimburse her $10,000 in cash money or reverse her deal plus current payments paid to bank, instead ive gotten the cold shoulder.
