Very professional and honest My sales person Kathy Myers did a great job with assisting me in finding the right truck for me.I selected a 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie and just love it She went out of her way to remove my tool box from truck I was returning and put it on my new lease .

Good Selection, Great Customer Service Looked at 3 dealers before stopping into Ferman. Should have started here. Walked in and was greeted by Jonathan Semidey. He asked what brought me in, I told him what I was looking for and he took me to view one of the 2 they had in stock. I told him this one was a little over my budget and quickly ran to the other lot and grabbed the other. Great Experience Arrived 10 minutes before schedule, they had oil changed, tries rotated and service complete in 35 minutes. I was doing emails, watching the news and drinking complimentary coffee - next thing I knew the called my name and car was in front of the door. Honestly, the atmosphere is so nice I want to stay - haha!
