VEry smooth and timely transaction. Kevin, my service advisor answered all my questions and concerns. Smooth transaction from the time I entered the service department until my repairs were completed. Luis, the technician was very knowledgeable and honest with me. I appreciated that. I have since recommended my neighbor to have his 300 M serviced there rather than Dade City. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALER FROM A SERVICE STANDPOINT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fast, excellent, polite and friendly experience! Anthony approached me with a friendly greeting and began taking care of my needs right away. As I explained my service requirements, he explained the most cost saving options and utilized coupons wherever he could. I waited for the service and was in and out in a hour. Extremely pleased with the experience and will continue to use Ferman Chrysler for all future service or repair.

Great Buying Experieince and Awesome Dodge Challenger I worked with Sheryl Falco and she took the time to show me Dodge Challengers to find the one I wanted, helped me trade in my car, then get me into a new Challenger for a great price (which they beat competitors prices). The process was easy, dealership was great, and definitely would buy from them again.

Dedicated. I got my car Thanksgiving Eve. They stayed and finished the work and delivered the vehicle. I ordered this vehicle. I wish Chrysler provided more in-depth information to me or the dealer about the status of the order. Any and all information they had was provided to me, the moment they got it.. There are very few dealers I have done business more than once. Ferman has earned my gratitude. My New Pacifica Hybrid is my second vehicle purchased from them. Great job by Kevin Truck was struck by lightening. Difficult repair process but Kevin kept me updated regularly. Techs did good job on finding problem in a difficult repair issue/s.
