My wife and I drove to Wesley Chapel to see where some dealers were located. We happened to spot one of the vehicles we had been looking at online. We pulled into the Ferman lot and later that day drove out with a new truck. Everyone we met at the dealer was very nice and they answered all our questions. Quick service I was in for an oil change and expected it to take the usual hour or so. I was pleasantly surprised when the service advisor came and got me after 35 minutes and said everything was ready. They even took care of replacing my key fob battery which was nearly dead AS A COURTESY. That's what I call service!
