I love my Ram 1500 and Michael Cantrell is the best!!! My old minivan was on its last leg, and I had spent several weeks shopping for a new truck. Excellent experience I began shopping for a wrangler in April. I was very sceptical of going from dealership to dealership at first. Then I met Michael Cantrell. Professionalism and Excellent Customer Service at It's Best This was a first car buying experience for my oldest son. We had visited Courtesy in Tampa on Hwy 60 and had such an awful experience. My son was hesitant about going to another dealer but I persuaded him to try Ferman. We walked onto the red carpet as soon as we arrived.
