Great Salesperson Ken Levicky was one of the best car sales person we have ever dealt with, he didn't push for us to buy a car, he went out of his way to help us. Very knowledgeable about all of the cars on the lot. My New 2017 Ram Rebel I visited your show room on several occasions knowing ahead of time what vehicle I wanted, a (Ram Rebel), and the amount I wanted to pay monthly for that vehicle. Although there wasn't a Ram Rebel on your premises that sparked my interest, my sales guy Kenneth Levicky went out of his way to find a vehicle for me. Impressive Experience Tarek Kassem was a helpful salesperson whom I would highly recommend . He was informative, friendly and did not pressure me in any way. I was impressed in the way he greeted us before we even entered the dealership. He made us feel welcome and listened to what I was interested in. I actually bought the first car I test drove! The entire staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend Ferman to anyone looking for a car.

Awesome Salesman, TAREK I had been dealing with a different dealership and was not happy with the sales person. I came to Ferman and was immediately greeted by Tarek Kassem. First impreesions are everything and he made a good first impression. He asked questions and unlike other sale people, he actually listened. It was a great buying experience and Tarek was outstanding from begining to end. I have passed his name along to all of my friends and will be sending his information out to my coworkers as well.
