Excellent customer service I just wanted to talk about two individuals that have made a huge difference and went above and beyond their duty. Excellent Sales an Service I purchased a new 2015 Ram 1500 from Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge of New Port Richey. My car buying experience was very easy and stress-free! My salesman, Roy, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained all the features and we quickly agreed on a fair price. There was no "haggling" back and forth or sales gimmicks. A Big Surprise A few years ago I was in a competitor's dealership and watched the service department man talk a man into $600 worth of work he did not need. Today I took my town and country in because it had an electronic ignition key problem. The man told me it would be a $100 to determine the problem. When I went to pay for the work, I received a big surprise. They told me the part was under recall, and they had fixed the problem. They provided me with 2 new keys, and didn't charge me anything. Best buying experience I have ever had I have purchased countless cars and without a doubt this one was the best. My wife had decided to buy a Subaru Legacy and the night before our appointment to place our order I saw a commercial for "America's Import", got online and thought the Chrysler 200 might be a better option. Good service department bad product. Good service. I was originally very upset about my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee having to be taken in for a check engine light 4 times in 2 months, and 11 times in 3 years for other various issues including 3 factory recalls, but after speaking with Mike in person I feel they do understand my frustration and are working hard to make it right. I'm still not happy with the Jeep product and would not recommend the car itself but my opinion of the Ferman service department has changed.

Best experience! We went in looking for a specific type of car, Jeanette showed us the cars and when my daughter wasn't finding exactly what a she wanted Dave from finance helped her get what she wanted with the down payment she was able to spend and the payments she could afford.
