Wasn't pushy, let me look, was patient, and his manager Eric definitely was patient. They helped find a good deal, and they both knew what they were talking about when it came to Jeeps, which definitely was a plus for me.
Had a fualty backup camera I had a faulty backup camera, image was upside down. Ferman diagnosed and replaced camera. Everything is rights side up now. Service rep Steve Brawer is always a pleasure to work with. I have had my car serviced at Ferman since I purchased it in 2013 and have always been extremely happy with their service!
Internet sales! The only reason not a 5 is it took a long time waiting for the finance people, not alot of things to do in the waiting room of the used car office! Robert was exceptional as were all the guys I encountered, just took longer than I would have liked!
He went above and beyond I purchased a 2015 Chrysler 200 from this dealership. I dealt with Ken Levinsky in the sales department who was very friendly. I was very impressive by Robert Packard, the Finance Director. He took his time to answer all my questions. Service good - Sales not so good! Service good but sale disappointing - bought my last two Jeeps elsewhere as way out on price! Its a shame because I used to buy at Ferman but can't get a deal there now!! 2016 Diesel Grand Cherokee is the best one yet - blows Hemi away!
