Friendly, Welcoming, and Professional! Our experience at Ferman was nothing but good as I got my "new" pre-owned Dodge Journey! Work was done quickly. Informed of everything to be done. Ferman continues to provide excellent service. It's a long drive from Pinellas Park, but worth the drive. They are always on time and keep you informed throughout the service engagement.
Service Dept. Service improved. Past experience for 18 years has been poor but the facilities and service have improved for parts and service.. Although costs, like most dealerships) are higher than seems reasonable, good service does ease the pain.

Best service at a car dealership The customer care service was on a scale of 1-10, an 11, I kid you not. From the minute we entered the dealership to the time we pulled out with our Challenger bar none the best. Our salesman Raymond Hasss' knowledge was incredible. I would recommend this dealership to one and all. Everyone from Ray our salesman to the sales manager Walter Wallace as well as finance department, Robert Packard was a wonderful, knowledgeable and friendly staff.
Recall I was taken care of in a great way by the service dept. They was ready when i showed up and finished the job when promised.
