Just an Oil and Filter Change I've never had any complaints when dealing with this dealership. I've bought 2 of my last 3 vehicles from this location and while my current Jeep I bought elsewhere, I still bring it here for service. The staff is always courteous. Pricing seems to be fair. I almost always bring my own oil and filter for them to use. This trip, I also needed a replacement rear window wiper which they didn't think they would have in stock but they did. Ram 1500 Chris has helped my family in the past with other vehicles. Chris is very knowledgeable, professional, and did not press us to make a sale. He made himself available to us for questions, and patiently helped as we took our time to make a decision. He also provided a good vehicle at a more than fair price. I would highly recommend Chris.

Happy With Our Experience We called ahead to be sure the vehicle we were interested in was still available. When we arrived Tarek and the car were ready and waiting for us. Tarek was friendly and informative as we looked at a few other cars and test drove two. We ended up with the car we wanted without the pressure and typical used car sales hassle. We would recommend asking for Tarek.

Friendly, Professional, Efficient I scheduled this recall service w/Jamie Kissinger, my service advisor. Jamie always takes the time (and patience) to explain the nature and purpose of the service to be performed, and why it's important for my car's overall performance. Clearly, Mr Kissinger is a accomplished professional, whose knowledge of my vehicle exceeds mine, and who always has a pleasant disposition and demeanor.

Good experience I purchased my new car from Tarek and it was a good experience. He was friendly and very informative. The vehicle is beautiful and just what I was looking for my family. I had some issue with one of the tires couple of days later that one of the service person was very nonchalant about but after I insisted that I didn’t want to drive to Orlando with a nail in my tire they took care of it.

Urgent hurry My blower motor stopped working. I was originally going to get a ride home from the courtesy car, but after talking to my service rep and letting him know that a family member had an important medical appointment I was asked to wait and left with my car fixed within the hour. That appointment turned into an ER visit and, with my blower working and car windows free of fog, we returned safely at 3am the next morning. So grateful to everyone!
