In and out! Just needed a quick review of some of the features on my new Jeep.. Peter came out to my car showed me what I needed to know and I was on my way painless and quick and helpful . A good experience.
How to buy a car, painlessly!, My experience at Ferman Chrysler jeep was as painless and pleasant as possible. I enjoyed my sales rep, Peter, another Northeastner. We had a good rapport. He was a no nonsense, knowledgable guy. TodY I returned to the dealership for a bit of info and Pete was right there to help me. Actually coming out to my new Jeep to assist me! A good man!

Adam rugg is awesome I went to see Adam rugg to buy a car he showed us a few cars we went for a test drive he showed me how to use everything on each car that we test-drove I pick the 2016 Toyota Camry and he worked hard to get us the best deal I want to thank him and his team for the best car buying experience that I have ever had I will recommend my friends and family to go buy a car from Adam rugg and I want to thank you for all your help
Service Had a service to perform an oil change and tire rotation. Process was quick and easy. Waiting area is nice and clean with excellent amenities. Service was quick, tire pressure was not checked as apon leaving dealership two tires were 5lbs underinflated as they were on start of service.
Great Buying Experience Adam was great in getting the deal completed and turned over to financing. I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour or so from start to finish. All the staff that I encountered were very pleasant and helpful. I would buy from them again if the need ever arises.
No stress ! We met in the middle 😃 Usually you kinda dread going to these places thinking you already know they are going to try get every penny! At first I was nervous and thought welp, waste of time trying but this dealership put actual effort into meeting me halfway so everyone was happy ! I drove off with the car I actually picked and no regrets!!! Joseph Vega is a real person not just another salesperson and all the managers there are reasonable, down to earth people!!
