Fast and reliable The waiting area for customers while their vehicle is being serviced is very clean. All the employees are very polite, friendly, and professional. I always feel welcomed, when I leave I feel that my vehicle was seviced honestly and correctly.

Excellent overall experience After visiting multiple dealerships and dealing with a numerous amount of sales people we were very happy to find Chris Muniz at Ferman. We found the vehicle we wanted on the dealer's website and even though it was a long drive from where we live we are glad decided to make the trip. Excellent experience! Always hate car shopping because I dread dealing with the pressures of a car salesman, but Joseph Vega was truly a pleasure to work with. Good experience with Ferman I went in on Friday to test drive a Challenger. I had already narrowed my choices to Challenger and Camaro. After Dennis took me out in the Challenger, naturally he wanted to sell me the car before I went and looked at the Camaro. He relented after I made it clear I would not make a decision until after checking out the Camaro.
