Jeep review I had a great experience from start to finish. My sales rep Joseph was the reason I chose this dealership. Super knowledgeable but not pushy. He walked around with me for an hour showing me different models until I found the perfect one. Then once I found it (after much deliberation on my part) he stayed with me long after his shift ended just to take a picture and see me off.
Great customer service. Jamie was informative and knowledgeable about my truck's service needs. He explained everything, and gave me pricing information. This is the best dealer experience, yet.
Service They got my car right in the customer waiting areas are very nice and even the bench seats outside is nice too. All of the staff in service are very nice and friendly.
AMAZING I can’t begin to express my gratitude I have for Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge of New Port Richey. I went in on Saturday 04/28 on the verge of a breakdown. I had previously call another Ferman Chrysler location a few weeks prior and was told my vehicle was no longer under warranty. Well organized and trained staff. We were very pleased with the service we received from the salesman and the credit individuals. We couldn't have had a better experience. At this point we have not had any contact with the service department and are still waiting to pick up our new vehicle.
