It was ok. The sales experience was very good but the service center did not meet my expectations. This is the second time I've dealt with this service center and both times I was greeted promptly and told to go inside for help. On both ocassions I was completely ignored. People that came in after me, with no appointment were helped before me. I'm not impressed.

way to add on visits and work billed Jason Logue was very nice, took my info and set up service both times very politely and quickly but that was all the good I have to say about the last to visits other than the lady that answered my call Monday making me feel better about driving my vehicle in. I do not know who the technition was that worked on my vehicle Thursday when i brought it in for a recall with and oil change and tire rotation.
