Brake fluid changed issues with brakes Had the brake fluid and brakes done an a week later the brakes were not stopping and pulling hard to the right. Brought it in the next morning was given a loaner and they were wonderful about keeping me updated and made sure my Jeep’s brakes were working 100%.

Tina is an absolute joy to work with So after having my first child, my 2018 jeep renegade was just too small for my family. Buying the jeep renegade from tina at ferman the first time, it was an easy choice on who I would be taking my business back too. Even though new port richey is over an hour away and I pass 4-5 Chrysler dealerships, no other dealership has tina and her amazing personality, kindess, professionalism, and knowledge. I am now in a brand new 2019 ram 1500 and couldn't be happier.

Excellent The staff was super nice from start to finish were super friendly and wanted to make sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted and wanted me to be happy. My salesperson Tracy was really friendly and helpful, very knowledgable. Finance was super easy and nice with Scott. Manager Chance made sure I got the best deal possible. First time visiting and it was great. I've been to a number of dealers in California and having moved out here I was hoping for better customer service than what I was use to. After seeing all the local dealers having the same 4 star rating i took a chance on this location and I'll definitely be back. Everyone was kind, smiling, helpful, and friendly.
