Service was great, but the wait time was not. My appointment was for 2:30 pm, I arrived at 2:20pm, but my car was not taken in for service until 3:20pm. Why make an appointment if the service isn't going to be done at the appointed time?
Friendly and fair Joseph was great and easy to work with! We didn’t feel pushed in anyway or pressured. It was a great experience! We would recommend this dealership and Joseph to anyone in search for a new car.

Great Staff! Went in to get a few things done prior to a trip to Tennessee mountains. Had an issue with the thermostat after the mechanics fixed other problems. They immediately found time to take the car in and fix all the issues prior to me leaving. Great support team, will go back.
A very positive experience! Professionalism shown from my salesmen, two different ones, to the management department to the finance department. A class group of people! It's one of the few times that in buying a new or used vehicle that I actually enjoyed all aspects of my experience.
