Honest, efficient and sell a quality product. Roy Faulkner was my Sales Contact. He is a laid back guy and it works. No pressure, just very helpful and knowledgeable. The entire staff was very courteous and this was by far, my most enjoyable car buying experience. After all my research of top tier trucks, Their is no question, RAM makes the best quality truck on the market.

Recalls, oil change and tire rotation Called to schedule recall repair before Thanksgiving was told will receive call when parts came in. When I didn't get a call after a couple weeks I called to xx on status it took 3 calls to get connected. The lady apologized for that then scheduled the service, she told me if I asked when I come in they would wash and vacuume my truck. Follow through is Great! I started with a simple o change that led to an oil leak. The reason is due to improper design I f the seal on a MOPAR oil filter. The dealer stood by me to solve the problem by getting a properly designed filter and replaced all synthetic oil. That followed with a faulty access panel to the oil filter and they ordered a replacement door and installed it at no charge. I didn't appreciate 3 trips for a simple oil change but Jason made sure management stood by their commitment to resolve all issues.

It was amazing I put a request on line about a truck on the lot and with in 15 mins I got a call from the internet sales team and 5 mins later the sales manager (Chance)called me back to introduce himself and to tell me he will help to get me in a truck of my liking the following day I pulled into the dealership with my girlfriend to look at the truck and the sales lady (Tracy)was standing at the door waiting for me and made us feel as if we were at home we went over the truck and options as they appraised my current truck f... read more

Tech listened and understood. I’ve been bringing my new purchased Jeep for 2 years. 8 months ago I informed them of a tranny issue 6k miles. The other techs of course found nothing as usual. After escalating it, and escalating it, finally they assigned tech Steve B to my vehicle. After a brief call with him, and bringing in the vehicle they discovered a faulty tranny and replaced it. Great experience and personal customer service! Tarek helped us choose our new car. Not only was he polite and informative, he was also very respectful of our choice and budget and not pushy at all. We felt at home, got a great deal and will definitely do business with him again in the near future.

Several recalls and oil leak Jamie was very helpful and knowledgeable. Truck was ready in a timely manner and everything was fixed properly. Yes I will recommend this dealer to anyone that asks.

Awesome My salesman Joseph Vega was amazing He got me out of a lease that I still had left on my Civic when the Honda dealer said it was not possible and into the Compass at the price I wanted to be. This is the second vehicle that I have leased from this dealership in two months and both times it was smooth from start to finish. I will definately recommend Ferman

They where very helpful. There did very thing to help put me in a truck there were very nice. Gave me water and coffee. No donuts. Lol. Just one thing truck only had one key. So I have to buy other one for a 100.00 bucks. I feel. It should have came with two. Thank you.
