Excellence in Service Communication with service team during all phases of repair was excellent! I always felt up to date and included in the service process. It’s always a pleasure working with Jamie when getting my car serviced.
Above and beyond! Took my Ram 2500 in for recalls (2) as well as a heater core issue. I had an extended warranty on the truck & the warranty center said the core wasn’t covered. Steve took the time to explain the issue to the warranty company and the repair was in fact covered. Thanks Steve for all of your help !!
Fabulous service Steve was absolutely wonderful to work with and provided me updates on my car as needed. My car was fixed much quicker than expected which was a great surprise! When I picked up my car Steve greeted me with a smile and reviewed everything that was done to my car and made sure that all of my questions were addressed. I was pleasantly surprised to see that my car was very clean and looking beautiful! Thank you Steve, you’re amazing and I will be referring all of my friends and family to you and Feeman!
lack of attention by techs Service Techs failed to reset computer after oil change the last 2 times, have had to return. Steve is awesome but techs do not complete job.
It was a pleasant experience and we left happy! Everyone was friendly and willing to help without pressuring. Didn't have to stay all day to get things finalized. There were no unexpected surprises in the finance.
Love Dodge Very pleased with my experiences at Dodge. Just traded in a 2012 Charger for a 2019 Charger, that's how much I love this car. So I have been dealing with this dealership for 7 years and always bring my car here for service as I want Dodge professionals working on my car. I was overwhelmed with buying a new car again and should have asked Eric more questions when it came to optional packages as I somehow agreed to way more than I thought!! He did patiently review everything with me when I called.
Friendly & Professional I am always pleased when I bring my Dodge Journey in for service. They keep me informed of what they find & always listen to what I have to say. This service was not planned for but they squeezed me in & got me back on the road as soon as they could. Edward is very friendly & professional.
Service Issues Still have noise when pressing on gas pedal. They say it is normal. Still have moisture collecting in tail lights. Want a fix to both.
