Sevice personel One of the best things Ferman has going for them, is their service personnel. In particular is Jamie who goes above and beyond to handle the issues at hand. Ferman should consider themselves lucky to have such an individual on their staff.

pleasant experience Ray was very patient waiting for my son to arrive from Bradenton, even though it was almost closing time. We had a great experience dealing with him and the associate in finance. If the dealership wasn't so far away we would probably get the service done there.
