Happy with 2016 Hemi Challenger R/T purchase Ferman NPR had exactly what I was looking for at a fair price. I found them to be honest, friendly and no pressure. My mechanic near home checked it and he found no problems. No complaints!

Air Conditioning Repair The service here was great. They were very busy when we brought our van in but after three days they gave us a loaner car. They replaced both units front and back and the final bill was far less than they quoted me. Three days later the air went out again. They gave us another loaner car while working on it. A hose came out and we lost all our coolant. They repaired it and put new coolant in totally free of charge. Jamie our service person was exceptional to work with.
Good service and knowledgeable salesman He was very cordial and knowledgeable in the ram trucks which I found pleasing. The experience that my wife and I had was one of the better ones that we’ve had in our lifetime and do appreciate Furman dodge dealership
Women who answer the phones are my only painpoint Service department was great. Receptionists are all terrible, unfriendly, and no help at all. Talked to one lady at 10 am said she was giving my service rep a message about bringing my car in. Called back at 3pm had to leave a voicemail. Called back at 4:30pm finally reached service dept and they were never given the message that I even called. Routine Couldn’t have been better. A real person that answears the phone is brilliant and so much more productive. I forgot to ask Ed to get me a price on front hubcap, I still need that and will go back for the great attitude treatment. And value.
Laramie purchase We had a very nice experience with our salesman Tarek and Jonathan with finance. Tarek seem to be upfront and honest during the whole process. Tarek Same to go the extra mile or so to speak when searching to see if there was a second fob/key for the vehicle and a owners manual.
