Speedy and Accomdating I was having a sporadic issue where putting the car in drive and it wouldn’t move. I took pictures and mentioned issue to Becky in service and she got me in right away. I left with a loaner and thought my car would be unavailable for a few days. Later the same day it was fixed! There was a Chrysler computer update needed and all is great again.

Very good overall The only problem is using the phone to arrange service. The phone is not picked up. Messages are not returned. Fermin will have to figure out if this is a phone system issue or a human issue or Fermin just wants service customers to arrange things online. My good friend experiences the same problem when calling. Other than that I'm totally satisfied with the service I receive.

Oil Change First: I used the online scheduling software to create my appointment. I was able to get a desirable time because I was flexible. I am sure that if I had given more lead time when scheduling my appointment, I could have gotten exactly what I was looking for. I love my service rep Becky. She is great at keeping up to date.
