Another Quickly Resolved Issue -New Vehicle Driving home in 95 degree weather 2 weeks ago and no a/c. My car was 2 months old. After driving another 10 miles and feeling faint my speedometer was registering crazy speeds in excess of 70 mph, when I was going approximately 35. Outstanding Customer Service I worked with Steve Brawer to get my Jeep repaired. Outstanding customer service, he made sure that he understood what I needed done and did an excellent job of keeping me updated on the status of the repairs. I highly recommend Steve.

Outstanding Service I enjoy coming to this location, because I get amazing customer service from the friendly staff that work here. Everyone is very nice and helpful. I usually booked with Steve for my car services. He's always on point, has an positive attitude and gives me great customer service. He definitely a great associate to your company.

Great local dealer Everyone is friendly and the service center makes it easy to schedule appointments. They explain everything that needs to be done, make recommendations and they aren't pushy.

Fast, friendly and competitive price Comfortable waiting area with lots of amenities. The service is always exceptional. We love it when we get Becky because she treats us like best friends. There are closer dealers to us but it's certainly worth a little longer of a drive to go to Ferman.

1st oil change The service department was very helpful and knowledgeable. I also bought something at the parts department he was also very nice and knowledgeable I would highly recommend this location.
