I can’t say enough great things about my experience at Ferman CJD New Port Richey. As soon as I arrived, I felt comfortable and welcome. My salesperson, Sarah, was beyond helpful and extremely friendly. She worked with me, tirelessly, as she sought to put together a package that I was happy with. I went in with an engine light on and it was all because of something that was sticking I was pleased that they said it was not necessary at this time to fix it so I appreciate the techs honesty

My transmission failed! But luckily I purchased a lifetime power drive warranty when I bought my Jeep in 2010. It was repaired by Ferman, even during the COVID 19 pandemic. After it was repaired they called me back to install another part to prevent this from happening again. I was very satisfied!
