Exprctations met. I have been having my Charger serviced at The Ferman dealership since I purchased it 7 years ago. Steve has has consistently been knowable and interested in meeting my needs. First time Ferman service first time I ever had service done by Ferman on my Grand Cherokee. I called made an appointment with Xavier in the Service Dept.. needed a thermostat replacement wait time was reasonably short , Xavier kept me informed throughout the repair process. Repair cost was reasonable service was excellent.
