I have never bought a vehicle over the phone before but having been 2 hours away from the dealership I felt this was the best alternative knowing that waiting three days the vehicle would very well have been sold by the time I was able to get there. Went over and above Saw the Jeep Wrangler of my dreams and called the dealership. Immediately set up an appointment with Ken. After meeting with Ken and discussing some options I decided to purchase the vehicle. Ken made it happen in record time. The vehicle was ready - I worked with Eric in the $$ department.
