Mike was very helpful and patient either me to try and resolve through issue I have repeatedly half either my 2017 Pacifica. He explained what the issue could be. We took it for a extended test drive, but still could not duplicate the problem.

Bought a 2019 certified Grand Cherokee Limited I haven’t bought a car in years at a dealership I have been buying them at Carmax. Looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited with a panel roof. I had two being delivered to the local CarMax. Then I found this one at Ferman Jeep in New Port Richey Through the USAA car buying service. The price listed was the same on the car at the dealership. We bought our first jeep from Ferman almost 3 years ago so when looking for the next jeep there was no other place to look. Pete was our salesman and he was awesome. Eric was who took care of the finance end of things and was also great. All parts of the buying experience were great.

Scheduling & arranging for warranty work & maintain everything ( oil change, filters etc) was easy. Employees in all areas were helpful & courteous. My Jeep was done more quickly than expected.
