Wonderful, friendly service from Brandon & team. Problem diagnosed quickly & then repaired efficiently. Pricing was very fair. My 2005 Durango has only needed 3 small repairs in its life , but I trust the good folks at Ferman to take good care of us!

I like the fact that they have coffee and even have assorted flavors of soda and some deserts in the morning for customers the only thing I wasn’t happy with is that they could not fix the noise every time we go over bumps

I really keep trying hard to like this Dealership but seems like every time I need to interact there is an issue. I blame myself for picking a dealership an hour away from home and not one of the 2 less than 3 miles away to buy my new car. Next purchase all factors will be considered before buying.
Scheduled my service appointment for a Mopar 2 inch lift, wheels and tires. Steve took care of me I dropped the car off, provides me with a loaner and after he explained what they were going to do. Called me the next day to let me everything was good and ready to go. Overall great service and great communication would recommend Steve and Ferman service department. Thank you!!
