Great Service Steve always takes great care of us and our Ram. I know when I take it in to Ferman it's going to be fixed right. Steve does a great job keeping us informed on the repairs when needed, but also on the simple stuff, when wipers need changed, oil changed, time to service filters, etc.. Thank you Mike and Doreen D

Awesome experience! Tarek listened to my interests and asked specific questions to fulfill my needs. Never thought about the journey being an option that would suit me but once he showed it to me it was a perfect fit! Scott in finance was very engaging! I feel much better making this type of decision when I am engaged with people who show an interest in me personally rather than just in it for the deal. I will definitely be back and recommend to friends and family in the future!
