My visit to Ferman Chrysler was a very short notice visit being that I am from ohio and my Ram diesel was having some issues on my way to my vacation destination. With that being said I had called ahead and talked to Jason in service and explained to him what I had going on and he and his mechanics were more than willing to help get my truck fixed and back on the road within 2 days of being in Florida.
