Service was doing their best and very accommodating. However, the RAM issue could not be solved. Seems as though there’s a few RAM design issues.
Ferman SAles and Service is a very professional organization. The car buying experience was handled well by Ken and the finance department. The service after the sale has been excellent.
Steve in service has been helpful and determined to find and fix the issue with my 2020 jeep gladiator. He also made sure that I had a loaner and kept me updated.
