Steve Brawer was a true service professional. Had to sget a windshield replaced for our car we bought the past weekend and he had an amazing car waiting so I could have a loaner (I live over an hour from the dealership) so I didn’t have to waste my day. Awesome job, Ferman Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge of New Port Richie!

Absolutely awesome experience at Ferman in Port Richey. We weren’t 100% in the market for a new truck, we went to browse and get pricing. Ken was very knowledgeable and found us a truck we fell in love with. The payments were a bit too high and they really worked hard to get them where we needed them to be. Another plus, it didn’t take us all night in financing either! Eric worked quickly to get us in and out! I’ve bought many vehicles and spent far too many hours in the car buying process. Peter our Salesman and Eric whom we did the final Financial paperwork with we're excellent. They got us in the Jeep Gladiator outlander we wanted and worked their magic to get the payment and everything else we wanted with our vehicle. My husband and I are very appreciative and impressed with them and this Ferman dealership.

Routine maintenance completed The items I requested to have done were completed quickly and correctly and there was no efforts by them to make me pay for anything that I didn't need done. Honest and reliable.
