I am beyond impressed with the incredible service I received at Ferman of New Port Richey. From the moment I arrived I was greeted and treated like family. I was highly impressed with their use of social distancing techniques and their priority on keeping the facility clean and properly wearing face masks to prevent the spread of COVID 19. Ray Haas was a pleasure doing business with. I have never bought a vehicle over the phone before but having been 2 hours away from the dealership I felt this was the best alternative knowing that waiting three days the vehicle would very well have been sold by the time I was able to get there. It was wonderful knowing that everything he had told me regarding the vehicle was true to form when I got there. I would definitely recommend doing business with him and Ferman.

Excellent Both the Manager, Eric Dugas and the Sales Rep. Genara, were excellent to work with for my wife and I. This was a difficult transaction, due to the the fact that I had only purchased my 2018 Dodge Ram less than one year ago and took a lot of effort on everyone to complete the transaction for the 2020 Dodge Ram. Went over and above Saw the Jeep Wrangler of my dreams and called the dealership. Immediately set up an appointment with Ken. After meeting with Ken and discussing some options I decided to purchase the vehicle. Ken made it happen in record time. The vehicle was ready - I worked with Eric in the $$ department. I drove to the dealership myself and Ken went over and above and brought the Jeep to my home that evening. Excellent service.
