Sale went as expected but very confusing to see what discounts were applied. Covid protocol was mostly followed by everyone except people who were purchasing cars.
My salesman Joseph was very helpful in deciding the sale. I can’t say the same for the finance person. I noticed after I signed he charged me a thousand $ more than advertised.
Truly exceptional is an overstatement. It was okay. Appointment was at 0730 and gate wasn’t opened until 0735. 5 minutes is 5 minutes. Had a long wait, as I suspected I would, for the service that was provided. Jason kept me informed.
