We, for the most part, have found the staff at this dealership to be very pleasant, courteous and professional. We don't have any reservations in not taking our vehicles here for service. We have also purchased two vehicles from Ferman CJDR so far and would definitely purchase another one when the time comes. They are also very conveniently located to us.

Everyone at the dealership was very helpful and friendly. The service completed was done professionally and efficiently - my wife and a noticed that the van ran much smoother after the tuneup.

We drove in from Orlando and had the best car buying experience ever. Ray was excellent and so was his manager Eric. They worked with us and bent over backwards to get the deal we were looking for. Unlike other dealerships we went to, including one of their sister dealerships in Wesley Chapel, we felt comfortable making our purchase and left feeling like we weren't being ripped off or lied to. Clean shop, service is fast and friendly. The hours of operation are good , as they fit into my schedule. Brandon is my service writer over there. He gets it right every time. David, the tech that worked on my car was super easy to understand. He genuinely cared about getting it right.

The Ferman dealership and all of its staff are wonderful. Pete was an excellent salesman and helped me to ensure I chose the vehicle I wanted and needed. Scott really helped me out with making sure all of the financing requirements were taken care of and did and excellent job ensuring I understood all of the paperwork.
