Fast service. Steve is always on the ball with keeping me informed and always kind and courteous. He always answers my questions. Steve is amazing.
It took a week but they fix my car. David was a great service rep he kept me informed about my car. Maybe next time they should offer a loaner when the car is taking to long for repaired
Jason was very helpful at both check in and check out. Service was very efficient and work was performed quickly to my satisfaction. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable.
The sales department was wonderful Jonathan did a great job in finding what we wanted. When we came in to sign the paperwork he had everything ready to go so we didn't have to wait all night.

The service dept at this dealer (Ferman) and service manager who worked with me are excellent at their job, however, the problem (computer central display) is poorly designed and has since new caused innumerable problems. This was the 11th visit specifically for this problem... as of yesterday, the issue REMAINS! I have asked for this entire system to be replaced but so far; only software uploads and eventually, a display replacement. Your service department is excellent. I have always had great service since the day I purchased my town and country. I always looked forward to coming and enjoying the coffee and especially the donuts. I was disappointed this time, NO DONUTS.
