Everybody was extremely helpful with the purchase from beginning to end. Normally I don’t like purchasing cars because I have to deal with pushy dealers. This was not the case at Ferman! Tina and Pete answered all my questions and when told him that I needed to think about it overnight they didn’t come back with a gimmicky close line. I asked Steve to check out a problem with the lights between the sun visors that would come on and then turn off. They were not able to find the problem. They did find that the car battery was about to die. They replaced it.

Ferman of New Port Richey is my place to go for excellent service. They provide the knowledge and the experience of true professionals. Steve was very patient with me and was very nice to work with. They provided me a curtesy ride when I needed it. There is no other Dealership I would go to for service!
