My husband and I had a great experience with Ferman! We went to several dealerships that left us very disappointed, but Ferman changed the whole used car buying experience for us. Elizabeth was kind and patient with us, answered every question quickly and respectfully. Johnathan from finance helped us with ALL the NY paperwork and we were so at ease walking out of there. Also the office was very clean and set up for us to feel safe buying a car in person during COVID. Thank you Ferman!!

We enjoyed working with Matt Meyer on the purchase of our used vehicle. However, I'm very disappointed to find my windshield was cracked, which I only discovered the next day in the bright daylight. I am surprised the vehicle could be sold that way.
I don’t see the guy that from the sales department. Thought his name was Frank. He was great! Wasn’t pushy , easy to talk to. Made me and my husband feel like we were talking to a friend. GREAT OVERALL EXPERIENCE . Scott in finance was awesome as well.
