Love my car but hated the "sales game". Having one price just to get people in and then charging 1k for this and 1k for that isnt customer friendly. All dealerships need to have one price and stop with the games. This is why people hate car buying. I'll likely use Carvana next time.

I was checked in promptly even without an appointment. I was checked in promptly even without an appointment. The service department got me in within the timeframe they told me it would take and told me what they were going to do and a price for the diagnostic work only. When they determined I needed a new battery and explained the cost of the battery I appreciated that. And my car was done and it’s been running fine cents.
