I have been in the market for a safer vehicle for a few months now .My sales man Pete Andrianopoulos was so amazing he is by far the most knowledgeable sales person I have ever met. He went over the safety features in the new 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee !! Pete was so patient he showed me all of the advanced safety features and how to set up everything in the car. Unfortunately my RAM has caused me to make numerous trips to a RAM dealership (most due to a recurring display issue) - but THIS service department has done all it can to remedy the problems & the service agent (Jamie) I have worked most has gone beyond expected to try to fix these issues.

My Salesman Ray Was Great! Very knowledgeable and Honest, Sales Manger was also good upfront trying to make the deal work. Unfortunately as we worked the deal after our initial meeting communication was poor and frustrating. Some things I do understand are out of their control but a prompt response to calls and follow through are aa must! Coming to work the deal i was expecting to be in and out and was there for 4 HOURS! Anyhow they got me the car i wanted and took care of me overall and worked within my budget. Thanks
