Went in looking to purchase a 2020 SXT that was listed on the website amoung several other SXT's. I had already gone to CarMax to get a appraisal for my 2016 SE to know what my options were. Salesman was good .Why didn't Ferman Dodge offer some Salesman was good .Why didn't Ferman Dodge offer some free Oil changes I spent over 43000 including tax?I was disappointed that no oil changes were included. I have gone in for a free oil change and have traded vehicles right there. Don't be cheap it cost you money

It has been a week since my purchase, and I I am still waiting for a call back from Ferman to bring the car back to the dealer for the cracked windshield replacement, as well as the touch up paint that needs to be done. Other than that, my overall car buying experience with Ferman was a great.
