The service center was thorough in diagnosing my recent issue. They kept me updated on the status with texts and even dropped by to let me know how much longer I would be waiting.
You folks always service our truck with an excellent review with no issues. Thank you for all you do and always having Root beer to drink while we wait for the service to be completed. This service was for 30,000 mile check up. Stopped in to talk with our salesman, Jonathan while waiting. It was good to see him again. Please keep up the great work.
Good experience. I decided to try Ferman again after a previous poor experience (where I all but sworn off doing business there again) at their dealership. My "normal" service person was on vacation so I worked with Dave and ultimately, Travis. Both were fine to work with. The only minor issue was I ended up waiting longer than I was told which threw the rest of my day off. They did, however, give me a ride home after learning it would take longer to finish the service on my car.
Easy to make an appointment. Gote right in. Service advisor David was excellent! Let me know what was needed to evaluate the check engine light and also what was needed for the 50k service. Kept me informed of all progress and even arranged transportation for me. Let me know what was done and explained all.

Sales went smoothly, Finance went quickly, our '21 Durango Citadel was poorly prepped prior to delivery and found myself only 3 days in and have already been to Service for an issue that should have been caught 😒❗

Their rating is well deserved and everyone there was friendly and helpful particularly Ray Haas, Tina Robinson and Scott Poth. Don't waste your time on other dealerships like I did, just go to Ferman!
It was awesome to get in on short notice. All seems pretty easy. Takes a little too long to be serviced. But otherwise a good experience.
