Steve did a great job. He was patient and very polite. I was having problems shifting into 4wd, which he was able to demonstrate. I also had a clunking noise which they traced to some items in the storage bins under the rear seat (Gladiator). It was all under warranty and free. Hey, you can't beat that!

Travis was very helpful communicating with me as they worked through the repair process. It took some time but I am very thankful that the service department was thorough. My truck is good to go.

I had requested electrical wiring repaired along with changing out headlight bulbs. Since I purchased and brought my own parts which I learned later that the service manager would not allow bulbs to be changed. I had thought that the electrical wiring I requested repaired was not completed. I will have to double check my receipt to verify whether I was charged for electrical work.
