Personable, upfront, and professional staff I am one who goes into a dealer believing that I will have a fast one pulled on me. However I was surprised with this dealer, I have always been interested as to how trade in deals are calculated. I was please to know that I received the top end trade in value for my vehicle and I was shown the paperwork to prove it. This is something that I have never experienced before. The price of the vehicle I purchased was below the marketed trade in value!

Nice atmosphere, plesant people. I think it is sufficient to say we have purchased three cars from Ferman Chevrolet in Tarpon Springs.
