overall a good experience I purchased a used car and as we were about to leave the battery light came on. The service department had just closed but they went out of there way to take my car to Autozone and had them put a new battery in it at there expense.

I had and continue to have an excellent experience! Kyle Steger is the best salesman around. He can be trusted to find you the exact car you need. Service is great and he is always there to help! I will return to this dealership and salesman (Kyle Steger) for all my car purchases and needs. You can't go wrong!

Purchased 2 Sparks in one week! I had wandered into Ferman Chevy and ended up with 2 brand new Chevy Sparks! My salesperson was PHIL MARCHITELLI and it was a piece of cake! I asked, he delivered, no haggle, no stress! I thinks I stressed him more than was I! Just returned from service...excellent! Phil is even downloading my cds on a flash drive! Now that's what I call more than above service! Thanks to the staff, PHIL MARCHITELLI and service for excellent customer relations! A+++

Go see Mark Lessard! Just bought a vehicle from this dealership and Mark was my salesman. I gave Mark a “wishlist” and he was able to locate and procure my dream vehicle for me. He made this process as smooth as possible and I feel I got a fair deal without a bunch of hassle! If you’re in the market for a Chevy, don’t go anywhere else!

Bogi is great! Bought second work vehicle through Bogi, liked him so much I brought my dad in and he bought a new car.. Great guy to deal with, not pushy and overall genuine guy.

They treat you like Family My sales consultant was awesome to work with. He treated me like a person not just another sale. The Finance Manager didn’t try to push additional warranties For me to purchase, knowing I asked exactly what I needed and he respected that I was only able to afford a set dollar amount.

Excellent service Most of my memory of purchasing cars at the dealership were quite unpleasant. But I was surprised at the professionalism and attitude of the staff at Ferman Chevrolet, in particularly Bogi my sales rep who beyond and above to make sure everything went smoothly, and the financial rep who explained thoroughly all the paperwork that had to be signed ,thanks Ferman Chevrolet for my first pleasant experience at a dealership
