Service witk Robbie took care of me as soon a I walked in. He kept me informed as to what needed to be fixed in my Equinox ( exhaust Celaniod replaced). I appreciate his professionalism and he works well with everyone at the dealership that he speaks with.

A long but painless process When I went to buy my first car about 3 weeks ago I had found a car that I had fallen in love with. There was just one issue, they couldn't sell it to me yet. The car had some recall work that needed to be done and the part wouldn't be in for a while. It ended up being 3 weeks. Friendly. Comfortable. Not pushy. Bogi Enkh met me outside on the front steps of Ferman . Greeted me warmly and asked, "How may I help you today?" I had never bought a car on my own before. Awesome Luis called and introduced himself over the phone after my brother bought me my Chevy Equinox. He had set up things on my car that my brother ordered and gave me all the updates when things were done and when to pick up my car. He was very helpful over phone and text and was very patient with me when I met him to sign my paperwork and explain services. Answered all my questions and concerns with respect to me. And gave me contact info if I had any questions or concerns. I would refer friends to see him.
