Sales I just purchased a 2017 Cruze and had an excellent experience. Rick also delivered the car because of my busy schedule. I also had a number of questions in which all were answered to my complete satisfaction. I actually live closer to another Chevrolet dealer but prefer to do my business with Ferman due to the positive experiences I have had over the years. I also had my 2012 Cruze serviced at the dealer and have always had positive results.

Fast and in friendly atmpsphere I bought 2 cars there. I was very happy with sales and service. They made me feel confident in my dealings with them. They also helped me when the first car had some issues. I was given a loaner which saved me any inconvenience. I know I will purchase my next car there.

Late night impulse buy on vacation. What can I say?? My husband is a impulse buyer. When he wanted to go truck shopping while 16 hours from home (Ohio) we go truck shopping lol. Kyle made this situation easier for us by doing most of everything over the phone so we were not eating out vacation time in a car dealership. 2017 3500HD Dually I went to this dealership looking to buy a dual rear wheel pickup. I worked with Franco from day one of my search.
