Purchase of my 2014 Chevrolet Silverado truck We were very pleased with Kyle, he showed us the trucks, but was not pushy. He answered my questions with honesty, that is important. They knew I had a budget, and worked hard to stay in my budget. We are very happy!

Best experience yet buying a new car I must admit this was by far my best experience buying a car . Not saying that my last purchase three years ago was bad everything was great .

Sales and service The sales team at Ferman is top notch. They treat me like family every time I visit. I have recommended them several times, they are my number one reference for dealerships. The service department is great. They are the only techs I let touch my vehicles.

Ferman Delivers Ferman would do well to clone Mssrs. Phil Marchitelli and Steve Kikta. They know the business. They are not "pushy salesmem types". (I know that Mr. Kikta is not a saleman, but, he does present alertative extended warranties, for instance). As customers we felt in charge of what we wanted and they were facilitators. I think those are characteristics of Professional Salespersons. Mr. Marchitelli knew every feature in the vehicles and Mr. Kikta was just as up-to-date on the cars, as well. Not like any other dealerships! This is my 6th vehicle purchased from Ferman Chevrolet of Tarpon. We came in with a price set in mind and were able to work it out to meet that price. Steve and Charlie in finances were amazing on contacting us to let us know that one was available and finishing the paperwork in a quick manner. Friendly Staff! Everyone at the dealership was very friendly! Great coffee and donuts! Apart from that, I was greeted by Bogi when I was out on the lot just looking around, He invited me in for some coffee and started chatting. I told him about my experiences with other dealerships and he was able to help me out right away. He was very generous and kind. Thank you again Bogi and the rest of the Ferman family!
