AWESOME!! The whole experience couldn't have gone better. Kyle was very professional and knowledgeable. Jay was very nice and efficient. The On Star representative was great! Amazing experience at Chevy I never thought that an American car would be reliable. I was blown away by the cars features on the dash board, the size of the trunk is awesome in space. Bogi Enkh is a great car sales man. He knows his information about any Chevy here so come in and let him show you around.

Fantastic Experience Joe Lord was super helpful getting me into my Malibu, there was no pressure and he made sure I had all the info I needed to pick out my car, he was pleasant, sociable, and just a fun guy to talk with about the car and whatnot while waiting on paperwork and the like. .He has since made sure the car has been running well which is greatly appreciated and has made it a point to offer help on any matter I may be having with the vehicle in the future.

Buying a new car Had an accident in our new Chevy hybrid Malibu.. our car was totaled. We wanted another one because that Chevy Malibu hybrid saved our life. We were not at fault in the accident. Collision shop referred us to fill our salesman at Ferman Chevrolet and within 24 hours we drove out a new Chevy hybrid Malibu. Bogi is the best My husband Bill and I had a very enjoyable experience buying a car from Bogi. I think we were too much for him, and he didn’t quite understand our weird sense of humor. We thoroughly enjoyed interacting with Bogi, and he was, by far, the best car salesman we ever met. He did a great job for us and encouraged us to contact him about anything concerning our “new” used car.

Good experience Staff was very helpful getting me into the car I wanted and dealing with my situation. Staff was friendly and I did not feel pressured. The only negative thing is its a busy dealership so things take a little longer to get done as the staff is constantly busy.

My time at ferman My time at Ferman Chevrolet is a day i will never forget. "Bogi" was my sales consultant, I man on a mission to make sure every need was met to my expectations and more. I feel like I've known this man for half my life and that is service to be comfortable in.
